Online coaching can feel impersonal … and a bit like a gamble.
Because after all— Help isn’t help unless it’s helpful. So let’s get you a coach that checks all the boxes.*
*Or at least these ones: Personal, understanding, deeply committed to your values & goals, and actually helpful.
Get the support you need—even if you’ve tried it all before.
Life & relationship coaching that works.
Personal growth & emotional well-being aren’t a luxury…they’re a necessity.
Whether to have better relationships, greater professional success, or – gee, I don’t know – be happy, you need a safe space to be heard, process, & thrive.
But when faced with “77 ways to increase your happiness” articles & “101 ways to improve your communication” blog posts – not to mention the personal advice of everyone, ever, on how to live your life – finding what actually works for you can feel like combing through a beach to unearth the right grains of sand (where the HECK do I even start?)
And if you’re a couple seeking ways to understand each other and connect more deeply …
Vetting counselors & coaches – what to speak of the volumes of self-help material – of every variety & type to find the ones that hit the spot … well, it’s reminiscent of a certain needle in a certain haystack.
You dream of being your best self – at home, at work, & in your life in general – and you want help.
But you’ve tried different things to get the support you need:
Therapists or coaches
Self-help books
Advice from friends
And of course, totally winging/ ignoring it
(some with bigger price tags than others, I might add) all with lukewarm results, at best.
I’m Eze (Sanchez is the last name)
I’m a friend, climber, and Florida-based life, relationship, & communication coach who had a quarter-life crisis and went from mechanical engineering to helping people navigate their emotions, relationships, and dreams.
At 20 years old, I was on the fast track to what most would consider a successful life. But I was miserable. I “quit the country” – leaving behind all of the comforts I had – and spent the next 3 years traveling, in search of myself & purpose.
Throughout my travels, I found myself consistently listening to those around me as they naturally opened up to me, and in turn, to new breakthroughs. It was through these experiences that I came to realize my passion and purpose for helping people.
In 2016, I discovered Nonviolent Communication which played a big role in my own self-love journey and eventually found its way into the core of my work as a coach.
Now, I help growth-driven individuals, couples, and groups reach their goals faster while cultivating self-compassion, better communication, and deeper relationships.
MY APPROACH
I’m here to help you reach your personal and relationship goals while cultivating self-compassion & connecting communication.
Here’s my approach:
NO.1
I’m very client-centered. I’m not here to steer the conversation or tell you how to live your life. I aim to understand what you need and help you find ways of getting there that align with your values.
NO. 2
I believe everything we do, we do for a GOOD reason. I approach every conversation with curiosity & compassion for all you bring to the table (even the parts you don’t like) rather than judgment or blame.
NO. 3
I won’t have you create goals you don’t like or set punishments if you don’t follow through (yeah, that’s a thing!). Instead, I get curious about why the plan or goal didn’t work so you can learn to adjust and get results you like better next time.
