I’M EZE
My background is in mechanical engineering, but it didn’t take me long to realize that what I wanted was to help people by working with people, not things. My own experiences with improving my relationships led me to help others do the same.
My 6 years in the field of communication and coaching have shown me that communication is everything when it comes to relationships – and business is no exception. I follow a people-first approach, prioritizing human connection, knowing that people are the foundation of any business and endeavor.
Today, I’m passionate about helping groups of all kinds develop the skills to create trust among themselves as well as with others so they can be more effective at living their values and reaching their goals.
